 How to stay healthy and fit in this cloudy season

Now a days in Bangladesh Dhaka are so cool. No warm. all day raining. So we  need to stay warm, otherwise we get chance to sick very easily. Here are some tips to stay away from cool.

1st We need to good sleep. Its keep us healthy, good healthy sound body.
2nd We need to stay in warm , do not use too much water. 
3rd We need to drink water as much as possible. minimum 2 litter. 
4rth eating healthy fruits and  vegetables like potato banana etc. also green vegetables.
5th eating eggs its give us Vitamin D which is important for good body fit.
